All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products and manual verification, refunds are not available under the following circumstances.

No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following cases:
  • Once access or instructions have been provided after purchase
  • Failure to join Discord or submit an invoice ID is not a valid refund reason
  • Claims of "not receiving the product" are invalid if instructions were clearly provided

Dispute Resolution
By purchasing, you agree to contact support first before filing any dispute. Skipping this step and going directly to a chargeback or platform dispute is a violation of these terms.
